SHOWROOM

​The showroom celebrates modern coffee – prepared as filter coffee, espresso or coffee cocktail. The entire range of our beans, pods and capsules is available in the showroom.

We can tell you a lot about each coffee, who grows it, how much the producer earns from it. Which flavors come from the terroir, from the variety and which from the fermentation. We reinterpret coffee – with the way we trade, roast, prepare and serve it.​​​​​​

WE LOVE COFFEE!

Hola & Hoi, we are Cristian & Debora. We would like to bring you closer to the aromatic world of specialty coffee and tell you what really matters when it comes to coffee consumption.

Thanks to Colombia, we both discovered our love for coffee. Latin America is our second home, so we started looking for the best coffee beans there in 2016. In the meantime we have established good relationships with fantastic farmers and better and better coffees are ending up in our roastery.  

Debora is a graphic designer and has a good nose. She connects with Ojo de Café outstanding design with enjoyment. Cristian comes from international sales, studied political science and economics. He realized what an impact coffee has on the lives of millions of coffee producers. And that we can change the world with every cup of coffee.

At Ojo de Café, we roast with a single goal in mind: to highlight the terroir and the work of each producer, with clarity, balance, and without masking any origin character. Each roast is tailored to bring out the coffee’s unique identity – clean, expressive, and true to its nature.

 

To achieve this, we work with two of the most advanced roasters on the market:

Stronghold S7 Pro – Our choice for competition coffees and nano lots. With its hybrid roasting system (convection, conduction, and infrared radiation), it offers unrivaled precision and full digital control, allowing us to explore and replicate complex profiles with consistency.

Loring Kestrel S35 – A world-class roaster known for its clean heat recirculation system, reducing emissions and energy use while delivering smooth, even development. We use it for blends and single origins at scale, ensuring quality and consistency from batch to batch.

This combination of craft and technology allows us to express each coffee’s full potential – always with respect for its origin and producer.
